There is a huge shortage of sperm donation in the UK. As a result, there are now long waiting lists of people who need your help.
By becoming a sperm donor for the NHS, you could give the gift of life to those who would otherwise be unable to have children.
Whether you know someone who has had a personal struggle to conceive, or you just like the idea of helping others, sperm donation is an incredible experience.
Who can donate sperm?
Men between the ages of 18 and 45 who have no serious health problems are able to consider sperm donation. If you are based in or around the London area, we would love to hear from you.

Payment for sperm donation
It is against the law for us to pay sperm donors for their donation. However, we are able to offer you compensation of £35 towards expenses for each visit to our sperm donation clinic, which is paid at the end of the process.
Anonymity for sperm donors
When donating sperm to the NHS your details will never be made available to the recipients. However, once they turn 18, any child born as a result of you donating sperm would have the potential to contact you via the HFEA.
Attending our sperm donation clinic
Providing you are suitable, you will be asked to attend our sperm donation clinic in London once or twice a week for between five and ten weeks to produce sperm samples. This means you will be donating sperm a total up to 15 times.
Making wishes come true
There are many reasons why a woman may need sperm donation to start a family; it may be a single woman who wants a family on her own, a heterosexual couple who suffer from male infertility, or a lesbian couple who are unable to have children together.

Becoming a sperm donor
Applying to become a sperm donor is the first step of your journey. A member of our sperm donation team will then get in touch to provide more information and go through the next steps with you. Please be aware that sperm donation will take place in central London. Once you have applied you will still have plenty of time to ask questions and change your mind should you wish.
